The founders of Dahr Interior and Isle of the Pines Property group come together to blend their passion for design, hospitality and curated spaces to create a sense of serene, customer-focused coworking space in the heart of Southern Pines, NC. 

Sanna Nassar is an entrepreneur, designer, wife, and mom of four. As
Co-founder of DAHR Lifestyle and DAHR Interior she has become known for her neutral, moodym organic aesthetic.  With dark colors and rich textures, she achieves a transitional European style. However, her expertise goes beyond conventional design; she excels at blending cherished items and personal touches to create truly unique spaces.

Balancing her professional life with family commitments, she prioritizes spending quality time with her children and values her family life deeply. Her focus is on building strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and the success of her business through genuine connections and heartfelt recommendations.

For her, it’s all about making a positive impact on her clients' lives while cherishing her journey with her family.

Ameeta Swaby is a veteran and military spouse with 12 years of service in the U.S. Air Force, where she served on active duty before transitioning to government service. She now brings her skills and leadership to industry at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Portfolio Manager, where she contributes to innovative solutions for her clients.

Beyond her professional career, Ameeta is a passionate entrepreneur. She runs Isle of the Pines Property Group and Pinehurst Vacation Rental, managing a curated collection of local Airbnbs with a focus on exceptional hospitality. In addition, the most recent brainchild Meet on May was created out of a desire to fill the community’s need for a flexible workspace outside of coffee shops, combined with her love for hospitality and her friendship with Sanna.

When she's not managing businesses or working at her "day job," Ameeta is busy with her kids and their extracurricular activities, traveling the world to the next hot spot, or brainstorming her next big business idea. With a relentless hustle and a heart for both community and adventure, Ameeta is always seeking new ways to make an impact—whether in business or in life.
